Nikkei future index option symbol

I type the osaka stock index call future option symbol....NI225 m6c18000-osm and the quote page display the quote.

But when I type the osaka stock index put future option symbol...NI225 m6p17000-osm, the quote page display a text "No Data".

Can you tell me where do I go wrong.

Not sure why your not getting the data. If the data is available in an option window, then it should be available in the quote window. It looks like your entering the symbol correctly. I can duplicate the problem. I'm looking into the problem and will let you know what I come up with.

There's a bug that's affecting the date code for only Puts. I have brought this to the attention of our programmers. I hope to hear from them soon. As soon as I do, I will post their response here.
