    Anyone else seeing or should i say not seeing this?
    I've tried switching servers 3 times and live rep is no help.
    This missing data is seen on both eSignal and Ensign charts.

        I had the same issue early this AM: I closed Esig & reopened & it was okay!

          Nice to know I am not alone experiencing this. Mine too is now fixed.
          However it took 6 closings of the data manager over a course of an hour before it cleared. LiveRep was of no help and I was on hold with esignal tech line for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. Does no one man those phone lines? This is not reassuring.

            Hi brianb, I'm sorry you had to wait so long when you called our support line. I know we did have a spike in calls at one point this morning and there was a long hold time. Friday's are ussually not this busy, right now there is no wait on the phones.

            I'm glad this issue is resolved. If you do have further problems there should not be much of a wait time for the remainder of the day.
