After yesterday's outage I see that I have intraday bars missing from the indexes and QQQQ and SPY from 9.30 to about 12.
On calling support it was highly unlikely that these would be fixed. Surely this cannot be correct.
Could you tell me why it is not possible to fix them.
Although I understand the implications of a DOS attack it seems poor policy to not have your system status page on a seperate server and keep it updated. Could you please comment.
