Number of Days in a Tick Chart

Does anyone know how many days I should be able to get in a tick chart (e.g., 500T) for 'ES M6'? I only get two days but I thought eSignal had tick data going back 10 days. Is there a template issue?

Mine took some time to load but it looks like it fully loaded back to 5/11/2006

I tried it on 7.9.1 and 8.0 using a Time Template set to load 10 days of data and in both cases I get data back to 5/11 like Steve
