Hi! Is it possible to download historical eod data a couple of years back from s&p500 and Nasdaq and import them to esignal?

If by eod data you mean daily then you would not need to do that as there are over 10 years of daily data available.
If instead you mean intraday data then you may want to read Garth Doverspike's message in this thread regarding issues with importing OHLC data into eSignal.

Hi! 10 years daily data? I thought it was only about 2 months intraday. Where can i get the historical end of day data?

eod data can be daily OR intraday.
At this time eSignal provides only 60 days of intraday data. 10+ years are
available only for daily data.
