Spread with Indices

Can anyone pull up a spread with indices? I can pull them up separately, but not combine them.

Seems to be working at my end. Is there a particular spread you are trying to plot?

Try restarting both eSignal and the Data Manager and see if that makes a difference

That is odd. It seems to be working here.
Did you set up the spread on the fly or through Spread Symbol Settings?

I tried also creating the spread with the Spread Symbol Settings tool and seems to be working either way

As I understand it if you can chart an intraday spread on higher intervals you should also be able to get it using 1 minute since the intraday spreads are calculated off of that interval.
It does seems strange that you are not getting any data on 1 minute

Sometimes there are issues with subscribing to data. For instance I just subscribed to Stoxx indices. I feel like that is connected somehow.

That could be the case. You may want to have someone at eSignal check your subscription

Must be something else going on. I cannot combine $TOPIX100-TSE and tpx 1!-tpx. They each come up separately ok, and I have been subscribed to each for months.

Well, it magically works now. Who knows.

Spread problems again. This is getting old. Cannot combine $TOPIX100-TSE and tpx 1!-tpx. Maybe it will work in 1/2 again, maybe not, who knows? No tech support at this hour.

Some more fun:

Pull up advanced chart with ES #f as default (1 min). Wait for it to load. Enter spread ($TOPIX100-TSE - TPX 1!-TPX). It won't load. Will say ok. Click on another symbol as favorite, say ES #f, eSignal reproducibly crashes.
