i use tick data fairly regularly and it always worked fine. but it seems today i can't get any data. i can only have daily data on all the symbols that i follow.
is there something wrong?

Hi believenot333,
Make sure your time template is set for several days for the tick data. If the time template is set for one or two days, it has been my experience that the short time templates have problems on weekend. This is due to tick data being loaded in one day chunks.

without changing anything, it worked suddenly.
stevehare2003, thank you for your advice. just for your information, all my time templates are 24Hour, #of days being set as 0 (dynamic). while I had problem with tick data some moments ago, even tick replay function didn't work. So it shouldn't be a problem of time templates.Comment
