Symbol Directory

Is there any reason why I should be having difficulty accessing the Symbol Directory in e-signal? For some reason this is blank, whereas it used to have directories for stock and futures symbols.

This could be because the Symbol Directory is in the eSignal KnowledgeBase which is currently unavailable (probably due to maintenance).
