No DAX Tic data before the Open

I just resubscribed to Eurex data.

I can get minute data but no Tick or Volume data (55T 343V) until after the DAX futures open and I close and re-open data manager.

I use a 24 hour time template 0:00 tp 0:00

That is because you have the Time Template set to Dynamic for that interval.
