Arca Book

Does anybody else have issue with the Arca book getting behind at when volume picks up i.e. market open? This happens every morning or when there are volume spikes and can get behind by as much as several minutes (after last fed announcement) but the Montage, charts, t&s keep up. My brokers feed also keeps up and the arca web site keeps up. So what is it?

I found that our servers that handle the Arca data were queing causing the delays you were seeing. Our engineers have made an adjustment to the feed to hopefully alleviate this problem.

We will be monitoring this issue throughout the day into tomorrow's market open.
