Globex: No prices for options on Eurodollar futures

As of 9:30am cst I am not receiving an updated price feed for options on eurodollar futures.

eg:

"GE H7C9500"

bid, ask, last etc seem frozen as of yesterdays close.

This would appear to be an esignal-to-globex connectivity issue as an independant feed via broker platform is up-to-date and current.

Please verify and rectify.

I'll go ahead and have QA take a look at it. In the mean time, can you please let us know what you're seeing in eSignal and what your broker is showing?

Shortly after posting here I called tech support and you/they resolved the problem within an hour or so.

But I'm curious: why the delay in posting a response? Are these forums only checked once a day by esignal representatives/moderators?
