Put-Call chart problem

Today the 60 minute chart of $PC-ST won't load and says Not Ent. in the cursor window. $PCE-ST works fine but $PC-ST doesn't. Why am I suddenly Not Entitled to this data? All was fine yesterday.

Thanks for the PM. The data for $PC-ST should be coming through for you now. It appeared to be a connection issue. If you are still not seeing data, please log off and log back into eSignal. Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the quick reply and action on this Duane. I tried logging off/on several times before posting, to no avail, but now after logging off and back on it is fine now.
