not getting futures data

I am receiving $ukx-ftse but not z h7-eei, also getting $indu but not ym #f

is there a problem?

phoned up UK support and they put me on another server and now everything working, could someone confirm there was a problem please.

There have been issues on a few servers, but should they should be solved now. We will continue to monitor the situation.
