Problem with Intraday chart, no chart being display

Today, I have turn on Esignal and the intraday chart didn't display the full range of intra-day bars.

This is for all the exchanges that I have subscribed. Please let me know what should I do to get the intra-day bars to be display on my screen.

PS. I can see the full range of the daily bar of NI225 and JGB10. But I can't get any display on the intra-day chart.
