Hi, I've been running a chart of $NI225-NKI for about a week. Today a scrolled back a little, and everything blanked, and the status says 'Not Entitled'. I looked in my subscriptions, and I am still subscribed to 'Nikkei Indices'.
It would be important for us to know your username. Please PM it, and we will be pleased to investigate. There could be a few different issues which causes this.
