london metal exchange Bid Ask not updating properly

CAD m3-lme i am having real time feed... Bid and Ask are not updating properly its delayed also.. happening since 2-jan-07.
Bid Size and Ask size fields blank..
Its happening for both my web id and esignal pro software..

A change to the feed was made over the week end. Upon suggestion from the exchange, we are now clearing certain bid/ask quotes as they were stale and would not reflect the market. Bid/ask volume data has therefore decreased, and you will see less updates.
