YM #F Shows Not Allowed

Almost every day (for past two weeks) when starting up Esignal my YM#F (mini Dow Futures) charts do not load and staus shows (yellow) Not Allowed.

I can bring up Daily/Weekkly/Monthly charts, but nothing less...

I have to close down and re- start, sometimes several times to get data...

All other Exchanges load properly...

Thanks for including the Version and build number with your post. We are working to get this one resolved quickly. We are continually isolating servers that are problematic and working to find the common denominators between them. As soon as we have some information to share, we will post it to the forums.
