When does the LEADERS.LDR file start to update?

When does the LEADERS.LDR file start to update?

I would love to have it real time during pre-market and AH.

Mine doesn't seem to work till after the market has been open a while.

Avery,

I am not aware of any problems with the Leaders Window this morning, and I am showing this up to date currently.

I assume by your post that either you haven't updated yet, or you have but didn't first update until ~7:00am. Could you clarify?
