is there any way of getting more than 10 days worth of tick data for QM and QG (NYMEX miNY) into eSignal?

I mean the files (*. epf) surely can be a large as they want - but I can only download max 10 days worth.

Are there any other file size available for purchase or anything?
Is there the possibility of importing from other sources, DDE links or something?

Any input appreciated...

Our network capacity for Tick Charts is only 10 days. Are we going to stop there? Absolutely not. It'll help if you send our product managers a suggestion at [email protected] or at the top of eSignal, click on Customer Support and then choose, Make a suggestion.

the whole "no more tick data" argument comes down to server loading issues - right?

Please have the development team code a simple (like half an hours work) program that takes any number of existing EPF files and cocatenates them together, failing if the data is not contiguous and simply overwriting duplicate entries.

This would have no impact at all - NONE, on bandwidth.
