Asian Realtime data delay

Hi,

I have esignal and IB TWS with me side-by-side, and esignal is constantly half a second (in slow market) to 3 seconds delay with skipped ticks (in fast market) slow when compared with IB TWS for the Hong Kong HSI future data.

I an located in Hong Kong and is connected to the IB Hong Kong server. I don't know if that's why IB is faster. However, if latency is a problem, I should be experiencing a constant delay instead of having different delays depending on market situation.

I'm now using IB TWS as my real-time feed, but I want my esignal service to be useful (I pre-paid)...

If there is a solution to this problem please let me know...

It's been this way for years. I guess I am just happy there is an affordable full-tick feed for Asian futures. There were bigger problems in the past (e.g. feed stopping for an hour).
