Eurex Bad Ticks

For some weeks I have noticed that around 17:30 CET eSignal at least sometimes transmits ticks with size 0.

Maybe I notice these only when they are out of range of the current market.

I had already reported this via the website form, but it looks like a constant malfunction.

Could you please take care of it?

The tick is the settlement price which is released by the exchange around 17:30 CET. There are discussions under way if the settlement price should be shown on intraday charts or not. The departments involved are looking at possible solutions, and hopefully one can be found which meets all our clients' needs.

Thanks for the reply. My opinion obviously is not to include it.

I'm sure this has not always been the case, must have been introduced sometime during the last months, because else I would have stumbled much earlier across it.
