S&P Cash Index

Under real time exchange I see one of the exchanges that you can subscribe to is S&P Cash Index. Can someone explain to me what is this and also can you get $SPX data ONLY if you subcribe to this exchange?
Someone please let me know ASAP please. I will highly appreciate

This is correct. In order to get the S&P 500 Index ($SPX) you will need to add this exchange fee. Please note that this fee is imposed by Standard and Poors and not by eSignal, just as other exchange fees are imposed by the exchanges.
