intraday advanced chart of ES and NQ

I input symbols "ES M3" and "NQ M3" to watch the e-mini S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 in an advanced chart window. The daily charts are shown correctly but the intraday charts are empty. What is wrong?

Is the Data Manager icon in the System Tray showing a green base?
Do you have green OK and OK boxes in the lower right of the application?
If not in either of the above you may want to close the application and the Data Manager and restart them.
What is your Time Template set to for the interval you have on the chart?

I used Danymic Template. I attach two files.

Daily chart. It works fine. But the intraday chart doesn't.
