Only 1 day historical tick data through Amibroker

Hello,

I am a subscriber of esignal Premium, I have been told that esignal provides 10 days historical tick data. I can access the same through esignal platform, but when I try to get the data through Amibroker, a charting software whose preferred vendor is esignal, I get only 1 day historical tick data. Can anyone tell me how to rectify this.

Being a newbie, my apologies if I have posted this in the wrong section.

Hi Traderavi,

Thank you for posting to our forum and I think I was able to find the answer which you're looking for.

In order to get the 10 days of data you have to create a new Database within the Amibroker software.

Please click on the link for setting up the database for eSignal data. In the video is will show you how to set the interval to tick data in your charts. Though the video is only the steps I think it does a better job of showing you what needs to be done then I could.

Thanks for your reply. Got it. Just changed the no of bars to be loaded from 18000 to 500000.
