At the moment I can think of FTSE, which provides some fixed income indices. Please click on the link below and scroll down to page 12. There is a series of indices which might meet your needs. The cost of the real time data for all FTSE Index Values is $14.00/month + applicable sales tax.

An example on how you enter the indices on eSignal is $PFAND30-FTSE, i.e. $[FTSEIndexCode]-FTSE.
