Forex data feed for my broker has been broken for over 12 hours

  • Forex data feed for my broker has been broken for over 12 hours

    And of course the chat support people have no ETA. Nevermind that in the system status it says it's fixed.

    Does anyone actually know what the problem is, or when it will be fixed?

    Lied to by technical support

    So since they say they can't give an ETA, I asked to talk to a supervisor.

    I called the number and it was a phone mail box. There was no way to talk to anyone.

    And best of all, the mailbox couldn't accept any more messages because it was full.
