    Hi!
    After I moved to Thailand it took me 2 months to find an internet connection fast enough to allow proper trading.

    Meanwhile, the billing on eSignal did change, right? I cannot pick Eurex again from the list of exchanges because there is a set region and mine has been default to "US". Can I change the region and select Eurex, IPE etc. ?

    Hi Tom,

    We haven't changed our billing scheme in quite some time. The best way for me to help would be to get your CID# (customer identification number), so that I may review your account.

    If you could send me that number in a private message, I'll look into this and get back with you.
