Are there any problems with Continuous Contracts?

I used to plot a Bund Continuous Contract, but since this weekend the chart displays "No data" only. Ctrl + OK does not change anything.

I have tried this for several days now, after complete restarts of my PC, no success.

    I'm using eSignal 8.0 and Windows 2000.

    Many Thanks

      Hi Alexis,

that's fine. Nevertheless, it does not work for me.

What version of eSignal do you use?

Any ideas what I could try?

Could it depend upon what server I'm connected to?

      Many Thanks

        I use both 8.0 and 10.0

Have you tried to load the specific contracts for the Bund? Keep in mind that the 1! continuous contracts are created on the client application by combining the specific contracts

Could it depend upon what server I'm connected to?
It could and you may want to contact eSignal directly as they can verify where you are connecting to

I know this. I can plot U7 and Z7. To plot M7, H7 I have to use the format GB M2007-DT.

Could this be the cause of the problem? The desktop algorithm trying to get data for GB M7-DT?

          Regards

I have checked this for several days in a row now and the plot works correctly.

So either I had been connected to a "wrong" server (whose software needs to be patched anyway) or eSignal has corrected the problem.

            Regards
