intraday datafeed problem

iam from india. i subscribed for nse and bse india rtdata.
icant get intraday data backfilled.(any time frame).
daily/weekly/monthly charts get updated instantly.
while accessing intraday data, cursor window shows "req sent".
and after waiting for so much time, sometimes it displays data,and many times cursor window says "no data".
this problem occurs both no-market and market hours.

In general, with market volume picking up over the years, some may experience performance issues on their desktop.
