$TVOL and $TVOLQ data gap again!

I was looking at previous posts on this topic and found some same problem description to which eSignal's response was (after almost 2 weeks or so!) - "The problem was because of the high vol"....and later, " We have fixed it....it should never happen again in the future, the problem was due to unusually heavy vol."
Now after a month or two it is happening again. Are the enginners aware of this? Hope something permamnent (or at least, long term), is done this time!!!
Please respond and act ASAP.

I just looked at a 1 min chart for both symbols and I don't readily see any gaps over the last 5 days during the standard trading day ( 9:30 to 4:15 ET ). Can you post the other thread you are referencing and give a bit more information (i.e. Standard Chart or Advacned Chart, time of gap, interval being used, etc. ) and we'll be happy to look into it as quickly as possible.
