Is there any other way of downloading historical data off esignal besides opening a chart and scrolling all the way back for each stock and exporting.... its extremely time consuming if not impossible to do when your doing hundreds of stocks

At this time eSignal does not provide a way to download data other than through the Data Export tool (or the Plugin if you use TS2k)
To do what you want you need to use a third party data downloader such as QCollector Pro for eSignal.
On a side note you don't need to scroll back each chart to load all the available data. Just use a Time Template set to load the required number of days in the chart.
