BID/ASK info ICE Futures US

Hello,

I am looking at DX H8. Any reason why I cannot see the current bid price, ask price?

I am subscribed to ICE Futures US (old NYBOT).

Follow-up.

I just spoke to Eric in tech support who has advised that ICE futures US does not provide the bid/ask data as part of their stream which seems strange as I can see current bid/ask data on my broker platform...

In any case I have sent an email to ICE Futures US in New York asking why they do not provide esignal with equivalent data that is available from other electronic exchanges.

I'm NOT talking about Level II. I'm referring to current bid/ask price info. I'm sure I'm missing something simple here...

Anyone from esignal care to respond with a second opinion?

Bid/ask for ICE Futures US is available on the broker feed only, not on provider feeds, i.e. the exchange does not stream bid/ask on its feed for pure data providers only. As far as I know, ICE Futures US plans to change this, but I have no detailed information at the moment.
