Missing Data

I am looking at the mini future contracts symbol YM H8 and YG G8 and there is missing data from 8:40am to 9:10am. When I look at the system status forums there is no information about a data outage or missing data. Is there a place on the eSignal web site where I can find out why my charts are missing data?

I checked both contracts on my system and couldn't find the gap you mentioned on both contracts.
There may be a problem with the server you were connected to, so please feel free to send me a privat message including your username and I will have a look at your connection.
