Hi Paissa,

I know this is late in coming, but just wanted to reaffirm that the absolute best way to contact us in the case of no data is thru our phone support.

It's certainly possible that someone in our London office saw this post and acted on it without replying. I'll contact our London office and work with them to be sure and check the boards for post notifiying us of a data outage and to post a reply, but just wanted to make sure all is aware of the best way to contact us in matters such as this.
