Can't get intraday data before 11/01

Hi, I tried downloading intraday futures from before 11/01/2007. Ym, or ES will not fetch more. I tried dynamic and number of bars.

I'm seeing data on both ES #F and YM #F back to late August so it looks like 120 days. Could be a server issue or perhaps some setting on your desktop. You can post some screenshots of your time template or use Liverep to have them check what server you are on so they can direct connect and try to replicate.

Today, I get 10/14.

For expired contracts the symbol is different YM Z2007 for December etc

I should be able to get six months for continuous contracts, but I recognize this issue seems to be localized to me.

You may as well try to open the DataManager first (Start > Programs > eSignal > DataManager) and then open the eSignal application.
