Strange Spread Problem

For some reason, I cannot pull up a 2, 3, or 4 min. chart of $SX5E-STX * ET 1!-DT. Every other interval works.

Working OK on my system. Might want to try each symbol separately for those intervals and see if those pull data.

If those individually will not pull data, could be a server issue on our side. Our LiveRep service opens in about 3 hours (3pm PT) so you can go online and have us check your connections if the problem persists.

From now on, I am going to list the server I am connected to (ip232-94.esignal.com). I am having a lot of problems loading spreads (R4). Symbols will load, but not for certain intervals, sometimes they will load, but not if you add one more symbol, inverses don't load.

I'm curious what tool you are using to grab that IP? I'm not sure how easy it will be to quickly cross-reference our server names with the IP you provide but we can check on that. If you are seeing just one IP address, that will only provide part of the picture because you connect to 4-5 servers each time you log-on (server DM, tick servers, history servers, news servers, depth servers, etc).

I am using TCPView (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb897437.aspx). There were several connections listed. All with the same name, though different ports (for winros and winsig).
