Charts not showing the latest daily bar

I am having a very frustrating problem for the past few weeks where the data in the daily charts are not updating to reflect the latest daily bar. This is a consistent problem presenting itself on random charts at random times. I use the eSignal On Demand version (15 min delay). Any help appreciated.
