tse stocks do not work

I cannot seem to get any tse stocks to work on the new livecharts. specifically RY. old symbol used to be tse:ry

using the new format I tried ry-tc but still to no avail.

any help?

Hey Les,

Checking your account it doesn't look like you have the Toronto Stock Exchange as part of your service. To be able to retrieve data from this exchange you'll need to add the it to your account.

It looks like there are two options for this data,
Real-Time Toronto Stock Exchange $7.00
Delayed US and Canadian Stocks $5.00

Using your LiveCharts username and password you can add the exchange to your account through Account Maintenance or you can also send an email to Client Services with what you woul like to have added.

I'm not sure why I suddenly have to pay 5 bucks just to see delayed data. The old livecharts had it for free. I can get delayed data for free from a bunch of charting sites. who in their right mind would pay for delayed data? in fact if I just go to the main quote.com page I can type in the tse symbol and get a chart for free! so why don't you just give it for free in the livecharts as well?
