I have restarted eSignal several times trying to connect to a good server, but no luck.

FWIW that data seems to be missing also in the charts at the CBOT site

Do it use eSignal as charting engine? :-)

There is no missing data on IB TWS chart. So it means there were trades during that period,

It does not indicate that on the page. Keep in mind that some exchanges have different feeds for brokers and data vendors
