Tick Data Downloading

Hi,

Is there any reason why we can only get 2 weeks worth of tick data from the historical servers right now? We used to be able to get about 3 months worth, or a little less. Are there problems with the server?

Hi John,
Thanks for the post, but to better answer your question I need to ask a couple myself.

1- What symbol or symbols are you looking at that you only see two weeks of data on?

2- Are you looking for tick by tick data or intra-day bars such as 1 minute or above?

Hi,

The symbols are AAPL and ES #F. Haven't tried others. The data is tick data. The intra-day bars are fine as far as I can tell. Not that there is any real problem with the tick data, since the documentation does say 10 days of tick data. I'm just wondering why we used to be able to get 80-90 (calendar) days of tick data before, but now it looks like it's been reduced.
