SPX, VIX, VXN for May 5th

On every server I try, there is a gap in the first half-hour of data for SPX, VIX and VXN for Monday May 5th.

I know CBOE had an outage, but is it possible to get that data populated?

Currently we are unable to backfill the tick/Intraday data missed for CBOE contracts on 5 May-2008.
