From what I am seeing at my end the data appears to be available for both those symbols in the period you mention
Try closing down eSignal and the Data Manager and restart them after a few seconds and see if that resolves the problem. If it does not then you may want to contact eSignal's support so that they can determine which server you are connecting to and verify what the issue may be
