  • Tick Download of $Tick (not)

    Hi
I tried to create a replay file of $TICK, but nothing was downloaded.
Is that a bug or by design? Either way it would be useful to have please.

    Thanks

Just tried it again. I see "Requesting", then "Done", this is a new copy of eSIg, but DM been running a few days.
The .epf contains one line "; Symbol=$TICK"

      I can download ES #F.

Are you using a copy of eSig that has been running for days and may have cached the data?
If not, maybe this is a server issue, see my connections are:

No. I started eSignal [and the Data Manager] just before capturing the animation so the data was downloaded and not taken from cache

For issues like these I find it is always best to contact eSignal's support directly (you can use Live Rep) as they can determine where you are connecting to and what the problem may be
