  • 10.1 20S $SPX limited to 800 bars

    Advanced Chart
With either a dynamic or fixed bar count I can't get more than 800bars of 20S $SPX data (2008/07/02 15:11 start time over weekend with market closed) - scrolling left past here just shows blank, no "Receiving" seen, Ctrl-LeftClick on "OK" has no benefit.

If I change to 10S I still get 800 bars.

With ES #F I seem to get 1000s of bars as expected (using 20000V I get data back to 2008/06/22, that looks like the full 10 days).

With 1min $SPX I get lots of bars.

With 20S IBM I get lots of bars, and also $INDU.

Why a limit to sub 1 min $SPX?

Is this some limit I have to change in preferences?

I have the Quotes and Trades entitlement.

FWIW I am not seeing any problems in downloading 10s, 20s [or any other interval] data for $SPX in Dynamic mode or using a fixed number of bars and if I request the full 10 days I am receiving around 9900+ bars the first one dated 6/23/08 (see the enclosed animation)

      Thanks Alexis
Do you have Quotes and Trades entitlement?

If not then maybe this is a systematic fault with those servers, or just the one I'm connected to.

I believe I do and it could be an issue related to the server you are connecting to.
In just a few hours LiveRep should be available so you can have them check your connections and the corresponding servers
