NYSE filtered data

I use advanced 2 minute charts filtered for NYSE and have been having a problem with only 1/2 the charts updating. When not filtered the charts update fine.
Some charts randomly wont update at all while others will have a 2minute candle that last until I refresh it.

Any ideas why this happens to the filtered charts?

just the basic '=N'

I contacted Tech support and they have been able to replicate it but are unable to figure it out.

Please select your program's top level "File" menu and then select the "Preferences" option.
Under the general tab, try clicking the <Reset Symbol Count> button.
