  • History Data problems Again, ISE data now

my TF #F downloads are empty for a week now.
    TF Z8 is working fine

    netstat -b gave

    ip232-192.esignal.com:2190
    and
    ip224-253.esignal.com:2194 are not updated

any way for me to avoid problem servers that I am hitting ?

have other gaps in my data on various symbols over the last several months

Reported same AB #F problem back in January - any ETA on when I can have reliably updated servers.

We offer 24/5 support via LiveRep so if you can jump on a chat, we can see real-time where you are connected and help figure out where the problem is.

    Thanks.

3:45 PM est "Thank you for visiting LiveRep. We are currently closed"

TF #F todays data from 9:30 am is here on these servers - nothing before today - charting 24 hr , no data pre 9:30

      ip232-172.esignal.com:2192
      ip232-230.esignal.com:2194

charting tick and second data on both esignal and NeoTicker
The 10 day limit of missing data on your servers is getting very near.

        DavidZ,

We are investigating the closed message on LiveRep you reported and apologize that you were not able to access it earlier today. We confirm that LiveRep is up and running so please give it another try at your earliest convenience.

Regarding TF #F, please see the following thread:

        http://forum.esignalcentral.com/show...threadid=26163

For continuous contracts on the ICE Futures US (formerly NYBOT) it's best to use the 1! format (TF 1!) as I believe the #F is no longer fully supported for this exchange. I will confirm if that is the case and let you know.

We hope this helps. If there is anything further we can assist with, please let us know.

        Thank you,
        Ray P.

I've confirmed that the #F format is no longer fully suppored on ICE Futures US. Please use the 1! format (i.e. TF 1!) going forward.

          Thank you,
          Ray P.
