The data seems to be available at my end. In the enclosed screenshot notice also that the Bar Csr# that I reset to 0 on the 11:02 bar is displaying 94 on the 12:36 bar (which equals the amount of minutes between those two times)
Try restarting eSignal and the Data Manager and if that does not work you may want to contact LiveRep
