Dax fut's and advanced charts giving wrong data.

Could you provide an example of what you are seeing? AX U3-DT on a quote sheet and an Advanced Chart seem to be fine.

Dax fut's reply

The quote on the futures was reporting a different last trade than the advanced chart.

For example the quote shows 3020.50 and the advanced chart shows a last of 3024.00.

Looks like there is/ was a lag time between the quote and the advanced charting picking up the info.

I continue to not see any of the delay. Could you answer some further questions to help narrow this down?

What version of eSignal are you running?
What symbol are you using on the Quote Window?
What symbol are you using on the Advanced Chart?
Where in the Advanced Chart are looking to compare with the Quote Window?
Where in the Quote Window are looking to compare with the Advanced Chart? (i.e. in the Last column?)

I saw lag in charts too, a couple of times during the session the last couple of days when it got very active during US mkt hours. I'm running 7.4 rc3 looking at ax h3-dt and IB quotes and the tic bars on the chart. lagged about 4 handles a few times each session and lasted less than 30 seconds.

cdalrym is seeing delays when comparing eSignal's Quote Window to eSignal's Advanced Chart. Is this what you are seeing to, or are you reporting delays between the Advanced Chart and IB? The latter is to be expected until we roll out the new direct feed.
