  • Long spike bar found at the end of session

In recent volatile market, long spike bar were found at the end of the each day session, which destroys the smooth of the curves like MA etc. at the beginning of the next day.
Any one who knows about how to fix/skip the long spike either by manual.....
    Thanks!

You can enable the Price Filtering tool to filter out spikes or you can adjust the bar manually using the Bar Editor.
For the description and instructions on how to use these tools click the links to the corresponding articles in the eSignal KnowledgeBase

long spike at the end of session

      Thanks Alexis!
Your suggestion of "price filtering" is good for the long bad ticks filtering during the session.
On the other hand, seems like eSignal 10.2 doesn't support "bar editor"?? which was "greyed out" in the pull down menu....
Meanwhile, in the right-click fast pop up menu the "bar editor" disappeared....as well.

By the way, the long spike bar I meant is the the last bar on closing of the session. Probably it is a bar still pending (uncompleted), also, it is how the "gap" occurs on next day opening.

The Bar Editor is not available with tick-based intervals (ie T, V, S, R and P) which is why it is grayed out.
Also the Bar Editor cannot change the current bar on the chart as it is still forming.
You may want to provide an example of symbol and interval [preferably including a screenshot] so as to better understand what the issue may be
