At my end data for forex and globex symbols appears to be available (see enclosed screenshot captured a few minutes ago).
You may want to try restarting both eSignal and the Data Manager and see if that resolves the issue. If it does not then you may want to contact LiveRep as they can determine where you are connecting to and what the issue may be
